Also, we'll be eating cookies and drinking beer - so what else matters in life?
Ride the cookie and beer train with our own brewer, Mattrick Lally! Each guest will receive 4, 5oz pours of house selected Evil Genius beer, paired with four kinds of Girl Scout Cookies. (Samoas, Tagalongs, Lemonades and Shortbread)
Matt Lally is the assistant brewer and resident silly Instagram video editor at Evil Genius Beer Company. His love of beer stems from his love of hard work, science, and art- beer’s three core ingredients. He’s been a professional brewer and beer educator since 2012.
