Join us at The Lab for our very first in a series of Beer Pairing Dinners. Join Chef Joe (of Instagram fame) and Brewer Mattrick (of beer fame) for a few hours of sensory delight. This four course pairing menu will be paired with four 8 ounce pours of Seasonal and Lab Exclusive beers. Pairing decisions will be made day of depending upon draught availability.
Course 1 - Goat cheese, almonds, honey
Course 2 - Spicy Potato Cream Soup
Course 3 - Pulled Pork with au jus, steamed Artichoke and Couscous
Course 4 - Pastry Puff with Caramel & Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
