Join us virtually as we explore the nuances of pairing sweet and savory blocks of joy with our beers. How flavors change perceptions of what goes well together, and what happens when you mix combinations you haven't considered before.
Cheeses will be paired with a selection of our beers and dicussed via Zoom with our brewer, Matt Lally!
Each guest will pick up a kit at the Lab in Fishtown that will include: 4 house selected Evil Genius beers, paired with four cheeses. (Pairing info TBA!)
For this tasting, we're partnering with the Fishtown District on their series entitled "Sips for Students". This monthly series will promote the Liguori Academy and provide more information on how you can sponsor a student and guarantee the education of our local youth.
