Join us on June 6th as our Head Brewer, Matt Lally, leads you on a flavor trip of four beers paired with both local and imported cheeses. You can enjoy the following pairings at the event: Birch Run Farms "Fat Cat" farmstead cheese with an Imperial IPA, Perrystead Diary's award winning "Toasted", a bloomy rind cheese tossed with torched oregano and sage, to pair with our Vienna Lager, a Basque Ossau-Iraty paired with our Key Lime Margarita Sour, and a Mimolette paired with a hefeweizen.
