On Friday, February 2nd, we'll be re-releasing Fly Like an Eagle - Cherry Wooder Ice IPA in 16 oz cans.
Fly Like an Eagle is our 6.2% cherry wooder ice inspired New-England style IPA with lactose and vanilla. WOODER ice is a staple street snack in Philadelphia, and we've decided to craft a hazy, dank, fuzzed out beer in it's honor. To achieve this lofty goal, we start with a base of half American malted barley and half British rolled oats to create a creamy foundation, and add Calypso and Columbus hops in the kettle. In the fermenter we then throw in a ridiculous amount of sweet and tart cherry puree, Madagascar vanilla beans, and Cascade & Citra hops.
Limited quantities are available. Ticket reserves the beer, which can be picked up when the beer is released at 2pm (when we open!). Cost per can is $6, or 4 for $20. Your ticket reserves the cans on Friday February 2nd, only.
