Hop Ones is back! The challenge with hot wings and colder beers! Join us as we taste through progressively hotter and hotter wings with sauces from the official Hot Ones lineup and our local partner Faiya! Wings are provided by Interstate Draft House (seitan wings available for our vegetarian friends). As you taste you'll be provided with question cards with hotter and hotter questions to chat about with your table. At the end of each round guests can share their answers with the entire crowd and the person with the best story will win a free beer. Tickets come with ten wings and access to all 10 sauces! Sweet Summer Heat - A warm 3/10 heat level sauce from our local partner, Faiya. This sauce was made with fresh Jalapeno, lime, and pineapple for some sweet heat.
Purple Flame - Another delicious sauce from our local friends at Faiya. This 3/10 heat level sauce features robust flavor from jalapeno and serrano peppers, fineshed with sweet blueberry.
What The Fuego - The heat level kickes into gear with this 5/10 sauce from Faiya Company. This is a mango habenero sauce.
Salsa Roja - Faiya Company brings the heat with this 6/10 sauce featuring chile de arbol, red habanero, and zesty lemon.
Tropic Star - A 7/10 hot sauce from the Canadian sauce maker Ginger Goat. This bright yet burning sauce features tart mango, citrusy lemongrass, zippy ginger, and sweet star anise along with a super hot peach pepper mash.
Watermelon Ghost - a 8/10 spice level hot sauce from Alchemy Peppers that combines fiery ghost pepper with refreshing watermelon, peach, and mango purees. In addition, this sauce also features the usage of fruity El Dorado hops.
La Muerte - Our friends at Faiya are back with La Muerte. Usually this sauce weighs in at an 8/10 on the heat scale but Faiya doubled their heat on this one. How hot is it? Find out by trying this burning sauce made from carolina reaper and caribbean red habenero.
Da Bomb - The revered 10/10 hot sauce makes it's return featuring a robust flavor profile including scorpion peppers, tumeric, paprika, lemon, cilantro, and mint
Zuzu 7-Pot - Another sauce from our friends on the Northern Border, this Canadian hot sauce brings the fire with 7-Pot peppers and ghost peppers complimented by subtle licorice notes from additions of sambuca and fennel.
The Last Dab: XPerience - The hottest sauce from Heatonist just got even hotter with an all new 11/10 spice level rating! This sauce is made with Pepper X, the hottest pepper on the planet, that has been distilled down to it's purest form.
