Tomato Pie - A flaky parmasean pie, topped with plenty of summery tomatoes and cheese paired with our Hazy New England IPA.
Stewed White Beans - Lima beans stewed in thick tomato sauce and spiced with paprika paired with our Pink Lemonade Inspired Ale.
Bacalao Con Tomate - Salted Cod in a tomato based sauce with onion, garlic, olives, peppers, and potatoes. Paired with our German Helles Lager.
Tomato Cake - A tomato soup cake with lime icing, topped with tomato jam. Paired with our Szechuan Peppercorn Saison.
