Fly Like an Eagle is our 6.2% cherry water ice inspired New-England style IPA with lactose and vanilla. Water (say "wooder") ice is a staple street snack in Philadelphia, and we've decided to craft a hazy, dank, fuzzed out beer in it's honor. To achieve this lofty goal, we start with a base of half American malted barley and half British rolled oats to create a creamy foundation, and add Calypso and Columbus hops in the kettle. In the fermenter we then throw in a ridiculous amount of sweet and tart cherry puree, Madagascar vanilla beans, and Cascade & Citra hops.
Trust the Process is our 6.7% Mosaic and Amarillo IPA. Brewed with 2-row & oat malts, then dry hopped aggressively with Mosaic & Amarillo hops. Insanely aromatic and juicy, with big, bold notes of guava, lemon, pineapple, and clementine
